THE Play PACKAGE

This package is designed for children who are struggling with play and/or social emotional development. Many children have difficulty on the playground or at the park interacting with peers. This package is designed to help address and support your child during their play. Over approximately two months, we work together to identify the source of the struggle, evaluate and clarify the reasons for the issue/misbehavior, and explore solutions designed to optimize the peer dynamic. We will explore what is and is not working in your child’s play, visualize a clear picture of the  ideal result, and then work backwards from that ideal to design specific action steps that will help you achieve your desired outcome. This package requires the cooperation between a small group of children and families (no more than 4 in a group) and possibly working with your child’s school/teacher. We begin with individual family and child sessions and move to a group setting (an outdoor location such as a park or your child’s school playground) for in the moment play coaching. Your child will grow socially as he/she gains confidence and skills to play with peers on a daily basis.

This coaching package includes:

  • Six total sessions included in this package

  • Two individual assessment sessions to determine needs.

  • Four In person playdates to coach your child through play.

  • My undivided attention and compassionate support to address your child’s social emotional needs. 

Specifics:

  • Individual sessions take place via the Zoom platform and/or in person. 

  • Group Playdate Sessions take place at a mutually agreed upon location (this can be your child’s school/playground). Individual sessions are mandatory before playdate sessions can take place. Cost is $250 per in person playdate coaching session.

THE PREMIER Connection PACKAGE

This package is for those parents looking to create transformative and sustainable change in order to bring more joy and connection to their families and create an enriching environment for the optimal growth and development of both children and parents alike. Over the course of three to four months, we work collaboratively to build a deeper understanding and appreciation for what is and is not working in your family system, visualize a clear picture of your ideal future for both self and family, and then work backwards from that ideal to design specific action steps that will help you achieve your dream.

Trusting that you are the expert on your family, I guide and support you in fostering a deeper connection between family members, building increased confidence in parenting decisions, and cultivating more peace and calmness at home.  I do this using positive discipline principles from The Pearls of Love and LogicÔ and tools from a spectrum of parenting philosophies in order to generate energy, intention, and solutions.  

This coaching package includes:

  • Twelve individual 45-minute sessions. These can be any combination of in-person and Zoom

  • My undivided attention and compassionate support to address any parenting and family-life challenges. 

  • Coaching via the Zoom platform, which provides the opportunity to record any of our sessions and save them for later review.

  • A weekly email summarizing/re-capping the week’s “homework.”

  • Three 15-minute support calls, available to use anytime within one year of the commencement of coaching.

  • Unlimited access to me during our coaching relationship via the Voxer app.

Premier connection

THE Connection PACKAGE

This slimmed down package mirrors the same coaching process as the premier package above without some of the added benefits the premier package delivers. Over the course of our relationship, we work to find individualized solutions that work for your family using my signature process that combines coaching with education, support with accountability, and solutions with perspective shifts.

This coaching package includes:

  • Twelve individual 45-minute sessions.

  • My undivided attention and compassionate support to address any parenting and family-life challenges. 

  • Coaching via the Zoom platform, which provides the opportunity to record any of our sessions and save them for later review.

  • A weekly email summarizing/re-capping the week’s “homework.”

  • Call for a quote and financing options for this package.

THE CLARITY PACKAGE

This package is designed for parents who are struggling with just one or two parenting issues that they would like help addressing with the support and guidance of a coach. Over approximately two months, we work together to identify the source of the struggle, evaluate and clarify the reasons for the issue/misbehavior, and explore solutions designed to optimize the parent-child dynamic.  In a more concentrated, limited manner than available through the other package options, we will explore what is and is not working, visualize a clear picture of the parent’s ideal result, and then work backwards from that ideal to design specific action steps that will help you achieve your desired outcome.    

Just as in the Connection Package, we begin with the understanding and belief that you are the expert on your family.  I then guide and support you in finding sustainable solutions to the issue at hand, all while fostering a deeper connection between family members, building increased confidence in parenting decisions, and cultivating more peace and calmness at home.  I do this using The Pearls of Love and Logic approach, positive discipline principles, and tools from a spectrum of parenting philosophies in order to generate energy, intention, and solutions.

  • Three individual 45-minute sessions.

  • Coaching via the Zoom platform, which provides the opportunity to record any of our sessions and save them for later review.

THE STRATEGY SESSION

Are you struggling with a parenting issue and just need some immediate help and advice? Sometimes we just need an outside perspective to help us better assess a situation, come up with creative solutions and, ultimately, connect better with our kids. Work with me for 60 minutes to sort through what is going on, discover what some of the causes may be, and walk away with 2-3 concrete strategies to try to address the situation.

This coaching package includes:

  • One 60-minute coaching session.

  • My undivided attention and compassionate support to address the parenting issue you are struggling with most.

  • Coaching via the Zoom platform, which provides the opportunity to record any of our sessions and save them for later review.

  • You walk away with at least 2-3 strategies you can use immediately and, when appropriate, recommendations for science-based parenting information, external resources, and additional sources of support.

Specifics:

  • Parent sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

This package is designed for adults that are looking for more out of life. This will be your path to feel in control of your life again. We will work closely together so that you will rediscover who you are and who you want to be. You will be liberated to design a path to a life that you are proud of.
