Social Connections provides innovative strategies and solutions for parents and children to thrive in school and life. Our goal is to end the emotional battles and empower every member of the family to reach their potential by taking an inward approach. This is accomplished by showing parents how to communicate with the child and how to set loving, yet firm boundaries. Social, emotional, cooperation and creativity skills are the main topics of our coaching sessions for your child. This approach results in independent and happy children that are equipped to deal with emotions and friendships in school and throughout life.

MY STORY
My name is Angela Manning and I am a 20 plus year professional in the field of education.
I have extensive experience in both a public and private school setting as a teacher and administrator. I have served on the Moore County Partnership for Children and Families Board of Trustees and enjoy making a difference in the lives of children in our local community. I have traveled to Denmark to study the Nordic Outdoor Model of Education and believe in the effects of nature on children and families.
My expertise in Early Childhood education led me to discover my passion for helping children learn to regulate their emotions and the importance of social-emotional health.
My expertise in this field is working with children ages 4-12 and I am dedicated to my clients and their families.
Not only am I a passionate professional in education, but I am also a single mom, a parent coach, an author, and a public speaker. After recently retiring from my career in education, I am excited to focus my energy and expertise on helping families and children live their best and happiest lives.
